Hoelang duurt de verzending van mij schilderij? Wij hanteren een levertijd van 3 tot 8 werkdagen. Nadat wij uw bestelling hebben ontvangen wordt uw kunstwerk direct ingepland voor productie en met de grootste zorg voor u gemaakt. Wanneer uw schilderij klaar is voor verzending wordt u door ons geïnformeerd waarnaar u vervolgens een track & trace ontvangt van onze transporteur.
Geven jullie garantie op de schilderijen? Ja, wij bieden een garantie van 2 jaar op onze producten.
Kan ik mijn schilderij retourneren? Wij bieden de mogelijkheid om onze producten 14 dagen op proef te hangen in je huis, zodat je rustig kunt beslissen of ze aan jouw verwachtingen voldoen. Mocht je het schilderij uiteindelijk willen retourneren dan kan dat. Het volledige aankoopbedrag zal binnen 5 dagen na ontvangst en inspectie van het product op je rekening worden teruggestort. We want you to be 100% satisfied. Therefore hang our art on the wall for a 14-day trial. You then have 14 days to return the product. After receiving the return shipment, you will be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs of € 20 within 14 days. The costs for returning from home to the webshop are for your own account. The photo art is checked by us for damage and the original packaging when we receive the package.
